About the role
- Full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive focused on driving new business across the UK insurance market and wider regulated financial institutions
- Hunter-led remit, owning pipeline generation, structured enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals (up to £250k)
- Build strategic C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across insurers, brokers, MGAs and financial institutions
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles across compliance, risk, operations and procurement
- Partner closely with senior commercial leadership to shape and scale the go-to-market function
Your previous experience
- Proven track record closing £200k+ enterprise SaaS new-business deals
- Experience selling into insurance or broader financial services
- Confident outbound operator who enjoys building pipeline from scratch
- Skilled in structured methodologies (MEDDIC / MEDDICC / Challenger)
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth scale-up environment
- Within commuting distance of London and open to hybrid working
- Nice to have: experience with compliance, risk, workflow, or oversight solutions; background engaging insurers, brokers or MGAs; experience in investment-backed SaaS
Package
- £100,000 – £120,000 base salary DOE
- Double OTE (uncapped)
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days in the Central London office
