About the role

• Design and lead enterprise technology adoption strategies for major global organisations
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and long-term adoption of complex technology platforms
• Lead workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Define success metrics, KPIs and operational frameworks that ensure technology delivers real business value
• Design process maps, workflow structures and implementation plans that embed technology into day-to-day operations
• Partner closely with enterprise customers across the full lifecycle from rollout through to scaled adoption

Your previous experience

• 5+ years working in enterprise technology implementation, digital transformation, SaaS deployment or process transformation
• Strong exposure to the construction or infrastructure sector
• Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud or other CDE platforms
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations and cross-functional workstreams
• Confident leading executive-level workshops, stakeholder sessions and strategic discussions
• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership

Package

• £90,000 – £110,000 base salary (DOE)
