About the role
- Senior Business Development Representative role supporting a growing enterprise sales function
- Own outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation targeting complex enterprise environments
- Work closely with senior leadership and partner networks to create high-value pipeline
- Collaborate with external lead generation partners while driving your own outreach activity
- Attend industry events and support face-to-face engagement with potential enterprise clients
- Book qualified meetings and help progress opportunities into long-term commercial relationships
- Build credibility with prospects within enterprise integration and Salesforce ecosystems
Your previous experience
- 12–18+ months experience as a high-performing BDR or SDR in a B2B technology environment
- Demonstrated success generating meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex or enterprise sales cycles
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Able to quickly understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to prospects
- Ambitious, self-motivated and motivated by long-term career progression into an Account Executive role
- Professional, credible and confident operating in both remote and in-person environments
Package
- £45,000 – £50,000 base salary DOE
- £70,000 – £80,000 OTE
- Clear progression pathway into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months
