Your previous experience
- 3+ years full 360 closing experience in FinTech or SaaS/AI selling into financial services
- Proven new business hunter with consistent quota overachievement
- Strong outbound mindset and ability to generate your own pipeline
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
- Commercially sharp, competitive, and results-driven
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and running deals end to end
- High energy, resilient, and someone customers naturally buy from
- Motivated by early-stage environments and building from scratch
Package
- £60,000 to £75,000 base salary DOE plus double OTE
