About the role
- Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospect to close across mid-market retail accounts, and partner closely with the founder on larger, more complex enterprise opportunities
- Run outbound and inbound sales motions in parraell, with multi-channel prospecting
- Sell a category-defining AI platform into sophisticated ecommerce environments, demonstrating credibility with senior retail leaders
- Run consultative, value-led sales processes focused on ROI, impact and commercial outcomes
- Operate in a founder-led environment with high autonomy and accountability
Your previous experience
- 2+ years full 360 closing experience in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable selling into ecommerce/retail/martech environments and navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Strong at value-led selling, ROI modelling, and strategic positioning vs competitors and internal build options
- Actively uses AI tooling to improve productivity, messaging, and sales performance
- High IQ and EQ, resilient, and thrives in selling emerging technology in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Package
- £60,000–£85,000 base DOE, double OTE (uncapped) depending on your experience
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in Central London office
- High autonomy, high visibility, and strong progression as the business scales
