About the role

  • Full-cycle Account Executive role focused 100% on closing
  • 100% inbound pipeline – no outbound required
  • No manual prospecting – consistent, high-quality deal flow
  • Monthly quotas with accelerators – top performers regularly exceed target
  • High demo volume with strong conversion opportunity
  • Work closely with a senior UK-based AE stepping into a leadership role
  • Join at a key growth stage as product and pricing evolve
  • Clear progression into more senior and mid-market opportunities


About your previous experience

  • 4+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven top performer – ideally ranked highly within your team
  • Comfortable running high-velocity, high-volume demo environments
  • Strong closer with urgency and excellent follow-up discipline
  • Experience selling to commercial, sales, or operational stakeholders preferred
  • Background in sales tech, martech, or similar environments advantageous
  • Thrives in scrappy, high-growth environments without heavy corporate structure
  • Competitive, accountable, and motivated by performance


Package

  • Base salary up to £80,000 DOE
  • OTE £200,000+ with strong accelerators
  • Equity in a high-growth AI business
  • Fully remote working (UK-based, ideally within reach of London)
  • Clear progression as the UK team scales
