About the role
Focused on business development within defence, especially UK MOD
Build and maintain relationships with senior end-user stakeholders (ideally at 1* or 2* level)
Identify early-stage opportunities and influence buying decisions
Collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams
Represent the company at industry events and contribute to strategic planning
About you
Proven experience in UK defence sector business development
Existing network within MOD end-user organisations
Able to navigate complex buying structures and influence key decision-makers
Strong communicator with commercial and technical understanding
Comfortable working in a small business environment with broad responsibility
Package
Base salary: £80,000 – £100,000
