An established consultancy within the financial services sector is seeking a senior Digital Transformation Lead to lead strategic engagements across UK retail banking. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on modernising customer communications, driving enterprise-wide change, and shaping the future of digital experiences in financial services.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key client relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver transformation programmes that improve operational efficiency, reduce legacy systems, and enhance customer engagement.

What you'll be doing...
- Lead strategic transformation programmes for Tier 1 banking clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Define and deliver communication strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure cohesive client delivery
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
- Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning
What we're looking for...
- Proven experience in consulting or digital transformation within financial services
- Strong understanding of retail banking operations and customer communications
- Confident managing senior client relationships and operating at board level
- Commercially astute with a track record of identifying and growing client opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to communications technology and fintech or operational transformation programmes
