As Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of the brand's journey. Reporting directly to senior leadership and leading a small marketing team, you'll have genuine influence over strategy while remaining hands-on in delivering impactful campaigns across digital, retail and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated seasonal marketing campaigns across digital, retail and brand channels.
  • Create compelling copy for websites, email marketing, social media, point-of-sale and wider customer communications.
  • Coordinate photography, video production and creative campaign assets.
  • Manage retail marketing materials, packaging and visual merchandising to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Brief and collaborate with external agencies across paid social, PPC and creative campaigns.
  • Support CRM, customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer insights and ROI, making recommendations to continually improve results.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and produce regular performance reporting.
  • Champion brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.


Requirements:

  • Around 3-5 years' marketing experience within retail, fashion or a consumer-focused brand.
  • Experience working alongside external marketing agencies (essential)
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret campaign data and customer insights.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager and GA4 would be advantageous.
