Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in winning new enterprise customers, expanding existing relationships and shaping the commercial strategy as the business scales.
Performance Objectives
- Win 12–15 new organisational customers within your first 12 months, targeting contracts worth £40k+ ARR
- Run consultative sales processes with HR, People and senior business leaders, uncovering challenges around engagement, absence, employee performance and workforce wellbeing
- Grow existing accounts through additional products, expanded usage and multi-year agreements
- Maintain at least 3x pipeline coverage through a combination of self-generated opportunities, events, referrals and marketing activity
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure strong adoption, retention and measurable outcomes following implementation
- Feed customer insight, competitor intelligence, objections and pricing feedback back into the wider commercial and product strategy
Environment & Resources
You’ll join a lean, ambitious commercial team within an early-stage technology business and work closely with senior leadership, Customer Success and Product.
You’ll have access to:

The business operates a flexible working model with regular team collaboration in London.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience closing B2B SaaS, HR Tech, employee benefits or related solutions with deal sizes of £30k+ ACV
- Experience selling to HR, People, Operations or C-suite stakeholders
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstration, commercial negotiation and close
- Experience working with 3–6 month, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong new-business mentality with the ability to generate your own pipeline
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where processes are still being built
- Commercially curious and confident contributing ideas around messaging, process, pricing and go-to-market strategy
- Based in the UK with the ability to travel to London when required
