FirstBank UK is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Limited (est. 1894). Authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), it operates from London with representative offices in Lagos and Paris, providing domestic and international banking and financial services.
