Founding Account Executive - SaaS

About the role

  • As the founding outbound Account Executive, you will be responsible for building a scalable new-business engine.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach to enterprise and upper mid-market clients across product, QA, and engineering functions.
  • Manage the full 360 sales cycle from qualification to close, navigating multi-stakeholder technical deals.
  • Partner with marketing to convert inbound and trial activity into revenue opportunities.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Work closely with founders to refine messaging and shape the commercial direction of the business.

About you

  • 3+ years proven track record in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Skilled at consultative, technical sales and comfortable engaging with engineering, QA, or product teams.
  • Confident prospector with experience building relationships from scratch and creating new opportunities.
  • Commercially minded, structured, and data-driven in your approach to sales.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and accountability.

Package

  • £65,000 - £80,000 + double OTE, uncapped commission
  • HYBRID – Basingstoke (1-2 days p/w in office)
