About the role:
- Lead a global team of 10+ Account Directors (Enterprise) across multiple regions
- Oversee a substantial portfolio of £1m+ spending customers
- Define and execute a best-in-class account management strategy focused on retention, expansion and long-term customer value
- Drive improvements in NRR through structured upsell, cross-sell and strategic account planning
- Lead customer transition initiatives to next-generation platforms and solutions
- Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, forecasting discipline and accountability
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex, high-value accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product and leadership teams to align on global customer strategy
- Engage regularly with C-suite stakeholders across enterprise clients
- Highly visible role with frequent international travel
Your previous experience:
- 5+ years’ experience leading account management teams within an enterprise software environment
- Strong track record of driving retention, reducing churn and increasing NRR
- Experience working with complex platforms and managing large, global organisations with multi-stakeholder environments
- Commercially driven leader with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
- Skilled at building and scaling high-performing teams, including coaching, hiring and process optimisation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite and board level
- Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting, reporting and pipeline management experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, global environment with regular international travel
Package:
- £140,000 – £160,000 base salary DOE
- 50% OTE
- London/Hybrid
- Frequent global travel (25% of time)
