About the role

  • Own and grow a major account, with responsibility for retention, expansion and long-term commercial value.
  • Act as the senior commercial lead across a large, complex client relationship.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across HR, Learning, Technology, Risk, Operations and Executive Leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand AI-powered learning, skills and workforce transformation solutions across the organisation.
  • Protect and grow existing revenue while developing new use cases, stakeholders and areas of spend.
  • Take ownership of an additional smaller account or new logo alongside the core strategic relationship.
  • Lead strategic client conversations around AI, workforce capability, skills, governance and transformation.
  • Work closely with Product, Delivery and Leadership teams to shape solutions and deliver strong client outcomes.


Your previous experience

  • Proven track record managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts within e-learning or workforce transformation.
  • Demonstrable success expanding strategic accounts and delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Comfortable navigating complex procurement, governance and multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Strong relationships with senior decision-makers and experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Exposure to e-learning, LXP, skills intelligence, talent technology, workforce transformation or AI solutions would be particularly relevant.
  • Commercially strong, proactive and comfortable operating independently within a fast-moving growth environment.


Package

  • London/Hybrid
  • £100,000-£130,000 (depending on experience) plus double OTE
