Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

A fast-growing technology services business within digital transformation is hiring its first Chief Revenue Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO, this new executive role will hold responsibility for revenue performance, enterprise client growth, and international expansion. Experiencing significant growth they are looking for someone who has grow revenues in excess of £100m within a relatively short space of time.

About the role

  • Lead enterprise sales and global strategic client development

  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organisation

  • Drive both new business acquisition and account expansion

  • Partner with the CEO and board to deliver international growth

  • Align commercial strategy with the company’s evolving technology roadmap

About you

  • Senior revenue leader from SaaS or technology services

  • Track record of scaling revenues beyond $100m within a short timeframe

  • Proven success growing enterprise accounts into multi-million revenue

  • Strong C-level relationships across major enterprises

  • Skilled in shaping international go-to-market strategy and influencing at board level

Package

  • London hybrid working

  • £200,000 - £240,000 base salary (with flexibility)

  • £400,000+ OTE

  • Significant equity with clear exit strategy
