Enterprise Account Executive - AI Digital Transformation

About the role

  • Join as a Founding Account Executive, driving enterprise adoption of an AI-led platform that automates how companies deploy and run technology
  • Own and shape the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation and close
  • Target a defined list of large enterprise accounts and build relationships at COO and CTO level
  • Land strategic AI deployments and expand them into seven-figure, multi-year partnerships
  • Work directly with founders and product leaders to shape how AI is sold, packaged and delivered to the market, build the sales playbook and define how the company scales
  • A true hunter-builder role where you’ll be creating the blueprint

 

Your previous experience

  • Proven experience selling complex enterprise or AI-driven platforms
  • Track record of creating high-value deals from scratch with minimal marketing or inbound support
  • Comfortable with £100k+ ACV and expanding accounts into seven-figure relationships
  • Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling AI / tech companies with high impact
  • Confident engaging COOs, CTOs and senior stakeholders in strategic, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Relentless, driven and commercially sharp
  • Curious about AI, automation and how intelligent systems are reshaping how enterprises operate

 

Package

  • £90,000 – £120,000 base, OTE ~£300,000
  • Uncapped commission with accelerators (10% of ARR rising to 12% above target)
  • Equity
  • Hybrid - Central London-based role with frequent enterprise customer travel across UK/Europe
  • Clear path into Head of Sales / CRO as the business scales globally
