About the role:
- Own and execute the global partnerships strategy across key markets and regions
- Lead and develop an international team across the UK, US and APAC
- Clear objective to increase partner-sourced ARR to 80% by 2028, making this one of the most commercially important hires in the business
- Build and strengthen relationships across strategic consulting, alliance and technology partners
- Drive co-sell motions and create scalable partner frameworks that accelerate revenue growth
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure partnerships become a genuine growth engine
- Highly visible role with the opportunity to shape strategy and build something transformational
- International remit with regular travel and strong customer/partner exposure
Your previous experience:
- 10+ years experience within Partnerships, Alliances or Channel leadership roles
- Proven track record entering high-growth software businesses with established partner ecosystems
- Demonstrable success taking a partner revenue function already generating £30m+ and significantly scaling it - ideally doubling partner-generated revenue
- Excellent relationships with the Top 4 consulting partners, Tier 2 boutique consulting firms and resellers
- Experience building and executing strategic partnership growth plans that deliver measurable commercial impact
- Strong background working across enterprise partnerships, consulting alliances and technology ecosystems
- Commercially driven and highly hands-on, with the ability to build demand rather than simply manage relationships
- Strong experience partnering closely with sales organisations and creating successful co-sell motions
Package:
- £160,000 - £210,000 base salary DOE + bonus
- Hybrid Central London - 2 day p/w in office
- 25% international travel (predominantly US)
