Role: VFX Line Producer - HETV / Commercials

Overview:

The VFX Line Producer is responsible for the planning, budgeting, scheduling and day-to-day management of visual effects production.

Working closely with the VFX Producer, supervisors and production teams, the role ensures VFX work is delivered on time, within budget and to the required creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VFX schedules, budgets and production workflows
• Coordinate with VFX supervisors, artists, vendors and production teams
• Track shot progress, resources and delivery milestones
• Oversee cost reporting, bids and budget updates
• Ensure clear communication between creative, technical and production teams
• Monitor deadlines and troubleshoot production challenges
• Support the delivery of VFX shots through final approval and delivery

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in VFX production or line producing
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and organisational skills
• Experience using production tracking tools (e.g. ShotGrid or similar)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
