Project Manager
Location: Shoreditch
Working Type: Full-time in studio
Salary: up to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle — from feasibility through to handover — across multiple complex fit-out projects. This is a client-facing role where you’ll work directly with leading brands, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the full project life cycle: feasibility, planning, design coordination, delivery, and handover
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk analyses, providing clients with clear commercial insight
- Overseeing budgets, cost approvals, and value engineering without compromising quality
- Managing programming, schedules, and ensuring project milestones are met
- Driving compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations across all projects
- Leading tender processes and ensuring best value in procurement of suppliers and contractors
- Producing accurate and timely project reporting and client updates
- Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out, ideally across retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors
- Strong understanding of contractor and client-side contracts
- Track record delivering high-end retail or hospitality fit-outs across the UK
- Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to solve problems with a “can-do” approach
- Strong communication and client management skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction safety requirements and H&S legislation (CSCS/SMSTS desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility for national travel
