Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum (Dependent on expereince)

We’re working with a design and build specialist delivering retail environments for leading fashion brands. They operate at pace, managing multiple store rollouts and high-quality fit-out projects across the UK. They’re now hiring a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery.

The Role

• Manage retail fit-out projects from concept through to completion
• Oversee programme, cost, and quality across multiple sites
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors
• Review technical drawings and challenge where needed
• Act as a key point of contact across project teams

• Experience delivering retail or commercial fit-out projects
• Strong technical construction knowledge
• Confident, able to challenge and take ownership
• Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects
• Grounded, solutions-focused approach
