Midweight Designer

Working pattern: Full-time, 5 days in studio

Location: Soho, London

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000, depending on experience

Software: Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

Their work spans creative strategy, product and campaign development, multimedia art direction, and interior design. With a growing client base of established names and emerging talent, the studio is expanding and looking for ambitious designers to join.


About the role

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to work across spatial design, graphics, and art direction on projects for some of the world’s most recognisable sports and luxury lifestyle brands. This is an opportunity to be hands-on with high-profile creative work, collaborating closely with senior creatives while taking increasing ownership of projects as your role develops.


What you’ll do

  • Design and develop creative concepts across spatial, graphic, and experiential projects
  • Work closely with Design Directors and Creative Directors to deliver projects from concept through to execution
  • Contribute ideas, layouts, and visual storytelling across multiple stages of a project
  • Support junior team members and collaborate with other midweight designers
  • Help maintain high creative standards across client work


What you’ll bring

  • Around 4–6 years’ experience in the design industry, with a strong portfolio showing spatial or experiential work
  • Ability to generate and communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally
  • Solid experience working on spatial design projects
  • Confidence collaborating within creative teams and taking feedback onboard
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for high-end creativity and design
  • Interest in fashion, sportswear, art, and culture
  • Experience using Keynote is a plus
  • Understanding of digital design fundamentals is helpful


Working arrangement

This role is fully studio-based, five days a week. There are no hybrid or remote options available.
