Title: Architect – Residential Developments (Revit)

About the Role

We’re partnering with a small, ambitious architectural studio with a strong pipeline of residential work. They’re looking for a technically focused Architect to take ownership of projects and help deliver multi-unit housing schemes with care, quality, and precision.

This role offers a high degree of flexibility and trust — you’ll work mainly remotely, joining occasional site visits or in-person sessions around London or Sevenoaks. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, values collaboration, and wants to play a key part in a growing practice.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical delivery of residential developments from 15–250 units.
• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit packages for Stages 4 and 5.
• Manage coordination with contractors, consultants, and Building Control.
• Carry projects through from design intent to site completion.
• Contribute to a close-knit, supportive team culture.

What You’ll Bring

• ARB Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist.
• Proven technical delivery skills and strong Revit proficiency.
• Experience in residential projects — multi-unit housing preferred.
• Confident working with Building Control and on-site coordination.
• UK-based, within reach of London or Kent for site and team visits.
