Architect – Residential Developments (Revit)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

We’re working with a small but ambitious architectural practice that’s growing steadily, with a strong pipeline of meaningful residential work. They’re now looking for a technically strong Architect to take real ownership of projects, helping to deliver residential schemes ranging from 15 to 250 units.

This role is mainly remote, but you’ll need to be within reach of Sevenoaks or London for the occasional site visit or team meet-up. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, values flexibility, and wants to be part of a close-knit team at an exciting stage of growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead the technical delivery of multi-unit housing schemes
• Produce and coordinate Revit packages at Stages 4 & 5
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and Building Control
• Take projects from design intent through to site delivery
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team

What we’re looking for

• ARB Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist
• Strong Revit skills (technical delivery, not just visuals)
• Experience delivering residential schemes (15–250 units ideal)
• Comfortable with Building Control and site coordination
• Based within reach of London/Kent for occasional travel
