Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience — open to discussion

About the Role

Here's the situation: we have a significant client relationship in architecture that needs an experienced pair of hands, and we want to bring in the right person to own it.


That means you'll come in with six to twelve months of solid, built-in work already waiting — a proper client, active briefs, and no scramble to build a desk from zero. It also means non-competes are unlikely to be an issue, because the work is already here.


Beyond that, this is a genuine long-term opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us — building their own team, developing their own patch, and eventually having a stake in the business itself. This isn't a job. It's a platform.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing the existing client relationship from day one, with live briefs ready to work
  • Running the full recruitment process across architectural roles, from brief to placement
  • Building your own candidate network within the architecture sector
  • Identifying and developing new client relationships as the desk grows
  • Contributing to the wider direction of the business, including how we position ourselves in the market
  • In time, building and leading your own team within Twenty One Twelve


Requirements & Experience

We know what we're looking for, so we'll be straight about it:

  • A minimum of 2.5 years' experience in architectural recruitment — not IT, not professional services, not construction. Architecture.
  • A track record of placing candidates into architectural roles and managing client relationships in the sector
  • The kind of candidate network that takes years to build properly
  • Commercial instinct and the ability to develop a desk independently
  • Ambition that goes beyond hitting a quarterly target — you want to own something
  • Someone who operates with integrity, because that's non-negotiable for us


Sector knowledge matters here. We work with discerning clients and well-connected candidates, and you'll need to hold your own in those conversations from the start.
