If you’re the type of person who goes on vacation and spends the first three hours in a local grocery store analyzing the packaging, we should probably talk.


We’re working with the #1 brand in the Home category on TikTok Shop, doing $1M+ a day in the U.S. with just 9 products. Now, they’re expanding and scaling in the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia. They need a product obsessive who knows that a "comforter" in New York is a "duvet" in London, and that the wrong shade of sage green can make or break a launch in Madrid.


You’ll be the bridge between their high-speed manufacturing and the rest of the world, making sure every spec, name, and box feels like it was born in the market it’s landing in.

Operating as a high-velocity performance engine, they are currently scaling from $3–4M/month in TikTok Shop GMV toward $10M/month and beyond. WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Manage 25+ new products every 2 months, ensuring naming, sizing, specs, pricing, and SKU assortment are perfectly optimized for each market
  • Analyze data, consumer insights, and regional trends to make evidence-backed decisions that replace guesswork
  • Identify emerging lifestyle, wellness, and home trends; select materials, finishes, and colorways that resonate locally
  • Partner with global manufacturers to oversee development timelines, MOQs, costing, quality control, and margin engineering
  • Develop culturally resonant packaging and hooks that maximize local conversion
  • Leverage ERP and internal analytics to monitor portfolio P&L, margin efficiency, and market success


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 8–10+ years in consumer products, ideally in home, bedding, or textiles, with proven experience managing $100M+ product portfolios
  • You’ve launched products at scale, with full P&L accountability. You understand pricing, SKU planning, and market rollout strategy
  • Comfortable with sourcing, MOQs, lead times, costing, and working alongside factories to optimize timelines and margins
  • You can read a trend report and walk a trade show floor, balancing intuition, taste, and data to make winning product decisions.
  • Experienced working with retail buyers (Target, Costco, etc.) and global DTC operations
  • Thrives in a “move fast” environment without sacrificing rigor; decisive, confident, and skilled at building consensus across teams

  • Experience at brands like Brooklinen, Casper, Parachute, Coyuchi, or any $100M+ home brand


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
