WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Lead the creative strategy for 5 high-growth eCommerce brands to ensure their ad performance scales consistently
- Mine Reddit, reviews, and TikTok to identify emotional levers and objections, resulting in a comprehensive strategic foundation for every concept
- Produce 12 high-converting scripts weekly across UGC and conversational ad formats to maintain a relentless testing pace for your brands
- Pull and interpret Meta metrics like Hook CTR and Thumbstop rate to decide exactly which concepts to iterate on next
- Direct editors, designers, and talent through Loom reviews and Notion briefs to produce assets that align perfectly with your strategic vision
- Lead weekly creative calls and share performance-based learnings to increase the winning percentage across the entire agency
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a strong track record of creating ads that actually convert, not just look good
- You have a deep background working agency-side or in-house for high-scale DTC brands, ideally within the Beauty, Wellness, or Health verticals
- You’re comfortable analyzing performance data in Meta Ads Manager and using metrics to guide creative decisions
- You are comfortable navigating FB Meta, Notion, Claude, Slack, Google Drive, and Google Docs to streamline work and execute strategies efficiently
- You understand audience awareness levels and know how to craft messaging for problem-aware, solution-aware, and product-aware audiences
- You move quickly from insight to execution, producing new concepts and iterations without needing constant guidance
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: Fully onboarded, with deep research completed on all five brands. First batch of scripts is delivered and in production. You’re confident using our workflow, tools, and feedback processes

60 Days: Taking full ownership of creative direction across all five brands, consistently delivering 12 high-quality scripts per week. Early performance data is coming in, and you’re iterating on concepts to improve results

90 Days: Fully autonomous, consistently hitting creative KPIs, and proactively identifying new angles and opportunities. Your insights contribute to team-wide learnings, raising the strategic bar across the agency
