This is your chance to step into a high-performing account where the business model is proven, and the founder is searching for a standout operator to elevate media buying strategy and drive the brand toward an 8- or 9-figure exit.
You’ll work alongside a nimble in-house creative team and partner agencies pumping out 20–30 concepts each week, where speed, testing, and scaling are everything. For a media buyer who thrives on analyzing data, optimizing relentlessly, and turning insights into growth, this role comes with the freedom to shape the media function from scratch, and potentially share in the long-term upside of the brand’s journey.

- Execute high-volume testing frameworks that ensure every creative concept is given a fair chance to perform while maintaining strict CPA and ROAS targets.
- Translate complex attribution data from Triplewhale into clear growth initiatives that justify aggressive budget increases.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder and creative team to iterate on offers and funnels, moving the brand toward a successful high-valuation exit.
