An eCommerce incubator building and scaling consumer packaged goods brands in large, durable markets. The portfolio currently operates in the wellness and skincare space, with multiple brands in active growth stages and plans to expand further over the coming years.
The team is lean and operator-led, with experience across marketing, finance, supply chain, and brand. Paid acquisition, disciplined capital allocation, and operational efficiency sit at the center of the model.
The company prioritizes long-term brand durability over short-term exits. It operates with clear financial guardrails, documented systems, and a focus on continuous improvement across every function.
This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Produce around 100 static ads per month per brand, keeping quality consistent at volume

- Iterate fast based on performance data, what doesn't work gets cut, what does gets scaled
- Keep the creative pipeline moving inside Notion and Frame.io with no bottlenecks on your end
- Leverage AI tools, particularly Nanobanana and Claude, to move faster and produce more without dropping quality
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on performance creative, static ads, or thumbnail design
- You understand design hierarchy, focal points, and what makes someone stop scrolling, not just what looks clean
- You have a genuine feel for social media and what captures attention in a feed environment
- You bring experience from DTC creative, YouTube thumbnail design, or a combination of the two
- You're proficient in Photoshop and Figma, Illustrator is a plus
- You're comfortable with AI tools or genuinely curious about integrating them into your workflow
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You understand both brands visually, you're hitting output targets, and your work is coming back from review with minimal revisions.

60 days: You're producing at full volume across both brands and starting to bring your own concepts into the mix, not just executing briefs.

90 days: You have winning ads to your name, you're a reliable part of the creative loop, and the strategist is spending less time on design and more time on strategy.
