This is a full‑time, remote contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

• Execute monthly payroll and contractor payouts for a 70+ person international team to ensure seamless global operations
• Oversee cash balances across 10+ bank accounts and execute transfers to maintain optimal liquidity for aggressive scaling
• Monitor and reconcile high-volume payouts from Amazon FBA, Stripe, and PayPal to ensure 100% data integrity
• Track and oversee monthly P&Ls and KPIs to provide the leadership team with real-time financial clarity
• Partner with the Finance Lead to build accurate forecasts that secure the company’s future expansion and inventory buys
• Collaborate with the internal Dev team to build automated data pipelines that feed into real-time financial dashboards
• Assist in launching and enforcing company budgets to ensure that rapid growth remains highly profitable

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring 2+ years of experience in FP&A or Treasury, specifically within a high-volume DTC or Amazon FBA environment
• You possess elite Excel and Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build complex models and distill them into simple, actionable dashboards
• You have a proven track record of handling millions of dollars in transfers with high integrity and zero-error tolerance
• You don't just follow processes; you look for ways to automate, optimize, and make the financial machine run "faster, cleaner, and leaner"

Bonus points if you have:

• Direct experience working within a Finaloop or Claude Copilot financial ecosystem
• SQL proficiency for custom dashboard creation 
• A background in the Health, Wellness, or Beauty sectors
