WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Produce approximately 50 unique static ads per week to fuel an aggressive testing strategy
  • Build and organize all creative assets within Figma to ensure seamless handoffs with media buyers and strategists
  • Leverage AI image generation and editing tools to automate repetitive tasks and increase your creative output
  • Take winning hooks and concepts from the strategy team and translate them into visual assets that stop the scroll
  • Work directly with Creative Strategists to refine visual hooks and iterate on winning "winners" to combat ad fatigue


WHO YOU ARE

  • Your portfolio must showcase "scroll-stopping" ads and a deep understanding of consumer psychology
  • You are an expert in Figma; your workflow must be fast, organized, and collaborative within the tool
  • You are comfortable producing fast iterations at scale. You aren't intimidated by a 50-ad-per-week target; you see it as a puzzle to be optimized
  • You are proactive. You don't wait for a perfectly polished brief; you see the goal and you build the solution
  • You don't care if an ad is "pretty" if it doesn't convert; you design for clicks, ROAS, and scale


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Affiliate, or Dropship backgrounds
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI to automate repetitive design tasks, generate creative assets, and rapidly scale ad volume
