Are you an integrator who thrives on building operational clarity inside fast-moving agencies?

This performance-driven eCommerce marketing agency is hiring a Project Manager to own EOS implementation, optimize client delivery systems, and establish scalable workflows across teams.

You’ll turn leadership vision into structured execution with measurable improvements in accountability, efficiency, and margin.

OUR CLIENT

They’re a performance marketing agency focused on helping direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands scale new customer acquisition in a structured and predictable way. Instead of guessing what works, growth comes from testing and optimizing key levers like creative, media buying, offers, landing pages, and attribution, all executed in focused 90-day sprints.

The team is currently in a scaling phase, pushing for ambitious growth while keeping operations tight and margins healthy. A big part of that effort is building better systems, improving internal processes, and creating enough structure for the business to grow without relying on leadership to keep everything moving.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • A clear growth path as the agency scales, with the opportunity to step into a COO/Integrator role over time.
  • The authority to audit processes, improve systems, and enforce accountability across departments
  • Direct collaboration with the leadership team, with real input into operational and strategic decisions
  • A fully remote setup with defined expectations, measurable goals, and a performance-driven culture that values ownership

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

Operationalizing EOS

  • Make all work visible, structured, and trackable inside EOS, replacing ambiguity with operational clarity across the business
  • Run effective weekly L10 meetings and lead Quarterly and Annual sessions that turn every IDS into clear action and accountability
  • Review and audit scorecards weekly, enforce metric ownership, and proactively flag gaps before they become problems
  • Maintain pristine EOS documentation, including the Accountability Chart, People Analyzer, Rocks, and L10 notes

Service Delivery Excellence

  • Build and standardize 30/60/90-day delivery frameworks to create predictable, repeatable client results
  • Ensure seamless alignment across Strategy, Creative, and Implementation teams, preventing handoff breakdowns and execution gaps
  • Own client onboarding and offboarding workflows, including triggers, timelines, and internal accountability
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that increase delivery speed and reduce manual workload

Internal Systems Architecture

  • Break complex projects into structured, scalable execution blocks that teams can execute without friction
  • Run biweekly process reviews to refine SOPs and clearly define where judgment-based decision-making is required
  • Track team capacity, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve operational throughput and efficiency

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have proven experience working within EOS, including leading L10 meetings, driving quarterly Rock execution, and enforcing scorecard discipline to ensure organizational accountability
  • You are an expert in ClickUp, Asana, or Monday. You build templates, dependencies, and automated dashboards from scratch
  • You have proven examples of building AI agents or automation workflows
  • You document everything. You use Notion or Confluence to build centralized process hubs that actually stay updated
  • You thrive in scaling agencies (10–50 people). You understand the fast-paced nature of Creative, Media, and Strategy workflows
  • You think in "if/then" logic. You solve problems by fixing the system, not just the task

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have fully audited the current EOS execution gaps and documented the top 5 discipline breakdowns
  • 60 Days: The CEO no longer needs to "chase" scorecards or correct L10 structures. You’ve closed at least 3 major service delivery gaps
  • 90 Days: You’ve achieved 100% scorecard compliance across all departments and reduced the CEO's operational involvement by at least 30%
