The creative testing machine is running. 5-6 concepts per brand per week, Meta-focused, UGC and influencer whitelisting doing the heavy lifting. What's missing is someone to own the strategy behind it and scale the whole thing up.

WHO THEY ARE
An eCommerce incubator building and scaling consumer packaged goods brands in large, durable markets. The portfolio currently operates in the wellness and skincare space, with multiple brands in active growth stages and plans to expand further over the coming years.
The team is lean and operator-led, with experience across marketing, finance, supply chain, and brand. Paid acquisition, disciplined capital allocation, and operational efficiency sit at the center of the model.
The company prioritizes long-term brand durability over short-term exits. It operates with clear financial guardrails, documented systems, and a focus on continuous improvement across every function.
This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Research constantly. Competitor ads, social trends, Reddit threads, Twitter creative discourse. You're always looking for the next angle before anyone else finds it.
- Write scripts and briefs that give the video editor and talent manager exactly what they need to execute, with no guesswork
- Collaborate with the static ad designer on non-video concepts
- Review creative output for quality control before anything goes to testing
- Analyze weekly performance data alongside the founder and translate results into smarter next iterations
- Manage the creative pipeline across both brands using Notion, Frame.io, and Google Sheets
- Contribute to the development of the internal AI-assisted creative loop the team is actively building
- Own your testing roadmap. 10 concepts per brand per week is the current pace, and the expectation is to scale well beyond that
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or media buying within DTC or direct response
- You understand what makes ads convert, and think in terms of hook rate, CPA, and spend efficiency
- You come from a copywriting or media buying background, or have worked closely enough with both to think like a direct response marketer
- You regularly study what's working across Meta using tools like Foreplay, Atria, and competitor research
- You are proficient in, or quick to learn, tools such as Foreplay/Atria, Notion, Frame.io, Claude, Higgsfield, Motion, Google Sheets, and Facebook Ads Manager
- You work well autonomously, manage your own output, and proactively raise issues when needed
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You've gone deep on the avatars, studied the winning ads, and understand why they work. You're writing clear briefs the team can execute easily while building a strong research routine.

60 days: You're increasing concept output without sacrificing quality. You've introduced at least one new angle or format into testing and are contributing to weekly performance reviews.

90 days: You're managing the creative testing pipeline across both brands with minimal oversight. You have winning ads to your name and are improving internal processes across briefs, reporting, or AI workflows.
