A fast-growing influencer and social commerce agency is looking for a Paid Media Buyer to help scale Meta acquisition across a growing portfolio of ecommerce brands.
You’ll be managing paid campaigns using creator-led content, working closely with the Director of Performance Marketing, and helping expand the agency’s paid media division as more clients continue coming on board.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
This role is focused on managing and scaling paid acquisition across Meta using influencer and brand-generated creative.
You will:
- Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple ecommerce client accounts
- Upload, organize, and test large volumes of UGC and creator-led content inside ad accounts
- Monitor campaign performance using CPA and ROAS as primary performance metrics
- Analyze account performance and identify scaling opportunities and creative iteration opportunities across campaigns
- Handle performance reporting across multiple client accounts using internal dashboards and Google Sheets
- Participate in client calls discussing campaign strategy and performance updates
- Collaborate closely with creative, influencer, and account management teams to improve campaign execution and creative performance
- Support lightweight creative editing workflows such as clipping and formatting creator content for paid usage
- Help improve internal systems and workflows that make campaign management and reporting more scalable as the paid media department grows
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience building and managing Meta ad accounts for ecommerce or DTC brands with clear performance results
- You understand performance marketing fundamentals including campaign structure, CPA, ROAS, scaling, and creative testing
- You are comfortable managing multiple client accounts while staying organized and detail-oriented
- You have strong client communication skills and are comfortable participating in strategy and performance calls
- You are proficient with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Sheets
- You are proactive, quick to learn, and enjoy turning operational problems into scalable systems
- You are fluent in English
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with TikTok Ads or social commerce campaigns
- Experience with UGC editing or lightweight creator-content workflows
- Familiarity with influencer-led acquisition and creator marketing ecosystems
- Previous experience working inside a performance marketing agency managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
