Work directly with a founder building multiple eCommerce brands from the ground up.


This is a hands-on Executive Assistant role at the center of a lean, bootstrapped incubator. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving priorities, maintain operational clarity, and ensure execution doesn’t depend on memory or urgency.


If you’re highly organized, steady under pressure, and prefer systems over chaos, this role gives you real responsibility inside a growing portfolio of consumer brands.


WHO THEY ARE

An eCommerce incubator building and scaling consumer packaged goods brands in large, durable markets. The portfolio currently operates in the wellness and skincare space, with multiple brands in active growth stages and plans to expand further over the coming years.


The team is lean and operator-led, with experience across marketing, finance, supply chain, and brand. Paid acquisition, disciplined capital allocation, and operational efficiency sit at the center of the model.


The company prioritizes long-term brand durability over short-term exits. It operates with clear financial guardrails, documented systems, and a focus on continuous improvement across every function.


This is a full-time, remote contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This role spans executive support, operational coordination, light financial oversight, and personal logistics.


Executive & Communication Management

  • Own inbox and calendar structure
  • Filter and prioritize incoming communication
  • Prepare agendas and track action items
  • Draft and organize outbound communication
  • Ensure follow-ups are completed


Operational & Financial Support

  • Track outgoing payments and vendor documentation
  • Maintain visibility over cash flow movements
  • Prepare weekly summaries across brands
  • Organize contracts and key operational files


Strategic Execution Support

  • Monitor deadlines and cross-functional workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks or unresolved tasks
  • Conduct research and prepare concise decision briefs
  • Improve documentation and internal systems


Personal Administrative Support

  • Manage travel end-to-end
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics
  • Oversee personal projects and service providers as needed


WHO YOU ARE 

  • You have 3+ years of experience supporting a founder or CEO, ideally in an eCommerce or DTC environment
  • You’re highly organized and naturally structured. When things get busy, you prioritize, document, and move forward
  • You’re confident in Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, and comfortable navigating Shopify or Amazon when needed
  • You understand basic financial flows: outgoing payments, vendor coordination, and cash movement, and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • You communicate clearly, follow through without reminders, and don’t need constant oversight to get things done


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have full control of the CEO’s inbox and calendar. Communication is filtered appropriately, priorities are visible, and reporting follows a consistent rhythm
  • 60 Days: You consistently track follow-ups across brands, nothing important goes missing, and you’ve improved at least one operational bottleneck
  • 90 Days: You ensure nothing important falls through the cracks. Information is easy to retrieve, commitments are consistently followed through, and daily execution runs smoothly
