- Develop and execute a cross-channel strategy (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin) that directly increases MER and allows for a 50% increase in ad spend.
- Fuel the growth engine by producing 20+ unique, high-quality concepts every week through the delivery of 4 videos and 3 static briefs daily.
- Lead a team of 4 Video Editors and 1 Graphic Designer to achieve same-day feedback loops, ensuring zero friction in the transition from brief to live asset.
- Convert complex data from Ads Manager and Motion into actionable creative iterations, moving from "opinion-based" creative to "winning-pattern" execution.
- Produce high-converting ad scripts and short-form copy that leverage VSL and UGC formats to lower CPAs and stabilize top-of-funnel performance.
- Build and refine creative testing frameworks that eliminate waste by identifying "winners" early and scaling them systematically across the account.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a verifiable track record in the Facebook Ads Library, ideally with 20+ active ads for marketing-first consumer brands.
- You are comfortable navigating Ads Manager to analyze Hook CTR, Hold Rate, and CPA, but you can also write a compelling 5-minute ad script.
- You know how to get the best out of editors and designers, giving clear, direct feedback that raises the creative bar.
- You have deep experience in problem-solution messaging and direct-response copywriting - you can diagnose why a script failed, not just that it did.
- You are a self-driver who thrives in a high-accountability environment and prefers results over conceptual "brand" fluff.
