We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to develop performance-driven ad concepts for fast-growing DTC eCommerce brands, primarily in the health and wellness space. You’ll be joining a small, focused team where strategists take real ownership over their accounts, working closely with editors and creators to turn ideas into ads that drive measurable results.
The goal is simple: produce creative that consistently reaches new customers and helps brands grow.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Lead the full strategic lifecycle for a portfolio of DTC brands on Meta, moving from initial market research to high-volume scaling
- Write high-converting ad scripts and detailed UGC briefs to provide your creators and editors with a clinical roadmap for success
- Direct a dedicated production team, providing the strategic feedback necessary to ensure every edit hits required performance markers
- Analyze performance metrics in Ads Manager and Motion to turn raw data into actionable monthly roadmaps and testing frameworks
- Lead client check-in calls to present creative directions, acting as a high-level consultant to brand founders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Creator Coordinator to source the right talent while contributing to the constant improvement of internal AI workflows and SOPs
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of experience scaling creative for an agency or DTC brands, specifically within the supplement and health sectors
- You use Claude Projects and LLMs as a force multiplier to accelerate your research and script-writing
- You confidently navigate Ads Manager and Motion to translate creative metrics into actionable insights and robust monthly roadmaps
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward
- You are confident in leading client strategy calls, presenting ideas, and driving results with a proactive, commercially aware approach
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You have mastered all internal systems, completed onboarding, and are managing a full client load, writing high-converting scripts and briefs independently
