That’s what this role is: overseeing a UGC content system for a brand currently doing $1M+ per day. They need a systems-thinker who views creator marketing as a high-velocity performance engine. If you're obsessed with turning scale into a competitive advantage, we should talk.

Operating as a high-velocity performance engine, they are currently scaling from $3–4M/month in TikTok Shop GMV toward $10M/month and beyond. They combine a "get stuff done" culture with a world-class manufacturing infrastructure, providing the team with virtually unlimited production capacity and the resources to out-innovate the competition on a global scale.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Ensure the team hits outreach targets per week to guarantee a consistent flow of new talent into the ecosystem.
  • Own the success rate of the 5,000+ weekly videos, ensuring the transition from "product sent" to "video live" is fast and high-converting.
  • Lead and develop a team of 15+ outreach specialists, refining their workflows in Euka and Growi to increase their per-head efficiency and total onboarded creators.
  • Adapt outreach and product positioning for the European and UK markets (e.g., localized trends and terminology) to ensure new launches hit immediate revenue targets.
  • Work with Creative Strategists to analyze winning content and provide direct, actionable feedback to the creator community to improve future ROAS.
  • Deliver a constant stream of high-performing organic assets to the 15+ internal media buyers to support a 20,000+ weekly ad-launch cadence.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 5+ years of experience in creator, affiliate, or influencer marketing, with proven success scaling TikTok Shop or high-growth DTC programs
  • You thrive in high-velocity environments, managing thousands of creators and systems producing 5,000+ videos per week
  • You’re systems-driven, building scalable SOPs, tiering, and qualification frameworks that bring order to complexity
  • You’re fluent in affiliate tooling, including Euka, Influencer Hero, or comparable platforms
  • You’re relentlessly growth-driven, turning scale and signal into sustained market advantage


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working within a high-growth DTC brand generating $50M+ in annual revenue
  • Direct experience working within a dedicated TikTok Shop growth team or a performance-first creator organization
