Two and a half years ago this started as a passion project: bring real meaning back to jewellery, give it a British look, and price it so premium doesn't mean out of reach. It's working. The brand's already pushing serious monthly spend on Meta with a clear shot at seven figures a month, jewellery's the start, with wider fashion and lifestyle accessories on the road after that.
Creative isn't a support function bolted onto growth here, it's the actual growth lever. You'd own the whole thing: strategy, team, testing, production direction, with direct access to the founder and nobody standing between your idea and it going live. And nothing's built yet, so you get to build the trackers, the creative database, the whole production workflow exactly how you've always wanted to.
If you want a brand that already has the traction and the spend, and you'd rather build the machine than plug into someone else's, this is that role.
WHO THEY ARE
A premium fashion and jewellery brand making high-end, emotionally driven pieces at a price point real people can actually reach. Jewellery is the core category today, with a clear path into wider fashion and lifestyle accessories after that.
The team is small, remote and moves at the pace of a brand that knows its creativity is the constraint on growth.
A few things worth knowing about how they work:
- Premium positioning is non-negotiable, but so is performance.
- Small team, no layers. Decisions get made in the same call they get raised in
- Direct feedback is the norm, in both directions
This is a fully remote, full-time role.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
-
You own the creative function outright. Strategy, briefs, team, testing, production direction
-
A blank slate on systems. Trackers, databases, asset libraries, production workflow. You build them the way you have always wanted to
-
Direct access to decision makers. No account managers, no relay. You raise it, you get an answer
-
Upside tied to results. A performance bonus linked to ad spend and agreed profitability targets
WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO
- Audit every current and historical ad, offer and performance learning in the account, then say plainly what is broken
- Define the premium creative direction: customer avatars, desires, objections, awareness levels and the emotional triggers that actually move purchases
- Ship 10 to 15 genuinely distinct concepts every week, built for hit rate and quality rather than raw volume, each with a brief, a script or storyboard, required assets and a test hypothesis
- Lead two video editors, a graphic designer and a content manager across UK and Philippine hours, and hold them to deadlines and quality
- Diagnose why creatives win or fail, then turn winners into systematic iteration cycles instead of one-off wins
- Build the operating layer the brand does not have: performance tracker, creative database, content asset library, competitor library, production and shoot planning systems
- Write the scripts and shot lists for every shoot, then brief the Head of Production on exactly what's missing from the current library and why
- Flag it early when the real problem is the offer, product or landing page rather than the creative
WHO YOU ARE
- You have worked with brands doing at least eight figures a year
- You have directly supported Meta accounts spending $400,000+ per month
- You understand Meta creative properly: funnels, avatars, pain points, awareness levels and emotional buying triggers
- You have ads you can point to that took meaningful spend and acquired customers profitably
- You have managed video editors and graphic designers yourself, not through a project manager
- You know the difference between a new concept and an iteration, and you hold that line even when the week is tight
- You can challenge your team, and the people above you, when standards are not being met
Bonus if you've:
- Worked in fashion, jewellery, beauty, fragrance or premium lifestyle
- Directed shoots and built detailed shot lists
- Launched new products or opened new categories
- Built creative tracking and production systems from scratch
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
-
By day 30 you have audited every ad, offer and performance learning, assessed the people producing the work, and said plainly what needs to go. The premium creative direction, avatars and testing priorities are agreed, the tracking and production systems are built and in use, and your first concepts are live.
-
By day 60 twenty distinct concepts are shipping every week as the normal rhythm, not a sprint. You have found your first new winners, iterations are running on the angles that are proving out, the first shoot is planned or filmed, and the team is working to your briefs across both time zones without being chased.
-
By day 90 hit rate is up, acquisition costs are trending down, and the output looks like a fashion-led brand rather than a performance feed. Reporting is reliable, nobody senior is stuck in the editing queue.
