This isn't a maintenance role. It's a build: a new ERP, proper systems infrastructure, and a supply chain set up to carry serious growth. You'd work directly with the founders, own the entire function end-to-end, and be the reason the operation can scale.
The right person has sourced and manufactured in China, knows what it takes to keep a multi-brand portfolio supplied, and gets genuinely excited about building rather than inheriting.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO
- Source new products from suppliers and manufacturers in China
- Develop products with factories, from spec to production-ready
- Keep all ten brands supplied and scale inventory as each brand grows
- Manage a wide network of Chinese suppliers and manufacturers, with regular travel to China
- Build their ERP from the ground up: a single system covering financing, order forecasting, team communication, order management, and shipment management and tracking
- Own the supply chain systems infrastructure as they scale to $1 billion
- Work directly with the founders: clear goals, weekly updates, week-on-week progress
WHO YOU ARE
- You've sourced and manufactured products in China. You've been there many times and know how to operate there.
- You've worked inside a DTC or e-commerce brand, not just in logistics or 3PL. You understand the demand patterns, the margin pressures, and what it takes to keep a direct-to-consumer supply chain moving.
- You've managed supply for a multi-SKU portfolio. You understand demand planning, lead times, and what happens when you get it wrong.
- You're systems-driven and tech-savvy. You build advanced spreadsheets today and you're genuinely excited to use AI tools to build the systems they run on.
- You're a strong communicator. You're used to tight, regular communication with both the team and the founders.
- You adapt quickly. Products, priorities, and suppliers change often, and you stay organised through it.
