WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

We’re a small, ambitious team of 7 working fully remote, and now we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who can keep us organized, on track, and ahead of the curve.

This isn’t a “just follow instructions” VA role. You’ll work directly with our founder and be involved in research, social media support, and building systems that make our client acquisition smoother and more efficient. Attention to detail is everything here - if you get satisfaction from a clean, well-formatted spreadsheet and tasks ticked off before they’re overdue, you’ll fit right in.


This is a full-time contractor role.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Building lead lists and researching D2C eCommerce brands that fit our client profile.
  • Researching automation tools and solutions to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Maintaining immaculate spreadsheets (no double spacing, merged text, broken formatting, or messy columns).
  • Creating and editing visuals for LinkedIn posts in Canva.
  • Scheduling posts on LinkedIn & X, engaging with creators, and suggesting new ways to grow our accounts.
  • Overseeing inboxes (email + LinkedIn), flagging important conversations, and keeping communication smooth.
  • Organizing projects and tasks in Asana, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Documenting SOPs and workflows for recurring processes.
  • Proactively researching solutions, tools, and best practices to improve our workflows.
  • Outreaching content creators on Instagram for one of our eCommerce brands.
  • Assisting with candidate outreach (sending follow-up messages via LinkedIn or email)
  • Organizing shared drives, folders, and documents for easy access.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have excellent attention to detail - formatting, spelling, and structure matter to you.
  • You understand what a D2C eCommerce brand is (scaling, often bootstrapped, not a corporation).
  • You’re fluent in Canva (or similar design tools) and enjoy creating clean, professional visuals.
  • You’re highly organized and thrive using Asana (or similar project management tools).
  • You’re a natural achiever - you hate overdue tasks and love keeping everything running on time.
  • You’re resourceful - you know how to research, compare, and suggest tools/solutions.
  • You have experience with LinkedIn & X - posting, engaging with communities, and supporting growth.
  • You’re proactive, reliable, and motivated to grow with a small, fast-moving company.
  • You have strong written English skills (spelling/grammar must be flawless).


NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous experience supporting founders, executives, or agencies.
  • Background in eCommerce, recruitment, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with email outreach or CRM tools.
