YOUR MISSION

Now, we’re building a brand-new APAC recruitment division inside Prosana focused on helping D2C brands hire top-tier operational, creative, and customer experience talent across the Philippines and the wider APAC region.


This is not a “fill jobs and move on” type of role.


We’re looking for a senior recruiter who can help us build the department from the ground up — someone experienced enough to lead recruitment operations, improve systems, shape hiring strategy, and eventually build and manage a team of recruiters underneath them.


You’ll primarily recruit for roles such as:

  • Video Editors
  • Customer Support Managers
  • Operations Managers
  • Executive Assistants
  • Creative Strategists
  • Other key D2C/eCommerce positions across APAC


You’ll also play a major role in helping us establish Prosana as a go-to recruitment partner for hiring top remote talent from the Philippines and APAC markets.


This is a full-time contractor position.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for D2C and eCommerce roles across the Philippines and the APAC region
  • Building sourcing systems, recruitment workflows, hiring scorecards, and operational processes
  • Developing and managing talent pipelines for high-demand eCommerce positions
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality passive candidates across multiple channels
  • Conducting in-depth interviews focused on both technical capability and culture fit
  • Partnering closely with founders and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Managing multiple open roles while maintaining speed and candidate quality
  • Creating recruitment strategies specifically focused on the APAC talent market
  • Helping train and onboard future recruiters as the department grows
  • Monitoring hiring KPIs and continuously improving recruitment efficiency
  • Staying informed on APAC hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and D2C talent landscapes
  • Contributing to the long-term growth and leadership of the recruitment division


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have several years of recruitment experience within marketing and/or D2C hiring
  • You have strong experience recruiting talent from the Philippines and/or the wider APAC region
  • You understand the hiring landscape, salary expectations, and talent market dynamics across APAC
  • You have experience recruiting internationally, particularly for US or Europe-based companies
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments
  • You have strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels
  • You have leadership potential and are excited by the opportunity to build and lead a recruitment department
  • You are systems-oriented and enjoy improving processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • You communicate exceptionally well in English, both written and verbal
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms, CRMs, AI tools, and recruitment automation software
  • You genuinely care about candidate experience and relationship building
  • You are ambitious and motivated by ownership, growth, and long-term career progression


This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who wants to help build Prosana’s APAC recruitment division into a world-class hiring function and grow into a major leadership role within the company.
