Take end-to-end ownership of TikTok Shop strategy and performance, from initial launch through to sustained growth. This role is for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and direct impact on commercial outcomes.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

Take full ownership of TikTok Shop strategy and performance, from launch through sustained growth. Here’s what you’ll be getting into:


End-to-End Performance Ownership

  • Own revenue growth, GMV, and profitability for your assigned TikTok Shop accounts
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive scale and sustainable results
  • Launch new brands on TikTok Shop and optimize existing ones
  • Integrate affiliate, creator, and paid campaigns into a single growth system


Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead a small team of affiliate coordinators and media buyers
  • Recruit, train, and scale a high-performing network of creators
  • Turn creators into consistent, long-term growth partners
  • Plan and execute platform-native campaigns, flash sales, and viral product launches
  • Move quickly on trends, demand spikes, and platform opportunities


Client & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as the primary TikTok Shop strategist for founders and brand teams
  • Lead performance reviews, strategy sessions, and ongoing client guidance
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a growth partner, not just a service provider


Operational Excellence

  • Maintain daily oversight of listings, approvals, campaigns, and compliance
  • Establish repeatable processes to scale accounts efficiently
  • Track and analyze key metrics like GMV, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and creator performance
  • Make fast, data-driven decisions and continuously optimize results


Platform & Trend Leadership

  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop updates, new features, and algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve strategies and playbooks for long-term success


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or performance marketing and a proven track record of scaling revenue in an agency environment
  • You possess deep, hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop ecosystem and understand how to navigate its unique challenges and opportunities
  • You have a strong background in creator and affiliate management, knowing exactly how to leverage UGC-led growth to drive massive scale
  • You are a data-driven strategist with strong commercial instincts, capable of making fast decisions that positively impact the bottom line
  • You are a clear, confident communicator who can lead strategy with both internal teams and high-level brand founders
