We’re working with growing direct marketing agency looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our projects, people, and processes. This is a senior, high impact role for someone who loves systems, structure, detail and takes pride in setting teams up to succeed.
You’ll own and improve how work gets scoped, managed, reported, and delivered, ensuring projects run smoothly, profitably and to a high standard.
What you’ll do...
- Lead agency operations across project management, scoping, budgeting, reporting, and SOPs
- Build and optimise processes that support quality and growth
- Line manage and develop team members
- Partner with client-facing teams to keep delivery on track
- Bring operational insight from prior agency experience
- Ability to work remotely
What we’re looking for...
- 5+ years operations experience (agency preferred)
- Direct marketing agency background strongly preferred (B2B ideal, B2C considered)
- Proven Ops Manager experience covering Project management, reporting, budgeting, and process efficiency
- Strong people leader with direct line management experience
- Client-facing, clear communicator, highly personable
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Systems-driven, process-focused, and commercially aware
