They are looking for a Senior CRM Executive who brings curiosity, confidence and a strong grasp of email and lifecycle marketing. This person will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high volume CRM programme across email, push and WhatsApp. It suits someone who enjoys detail, thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing accurate, well considered work. For the right person, it is a chance to build deep expertise quickly and influence how CRM evolves across the business.
What You Will Be Doing…
- Setting up and delivering email campaigns, push notifications and WhatsApp messages with a strong focus on email
- Running quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and optimisation across all CRM output
- Leading A B testing and using insights to refine targeting, content and performance
- Working closely with CRM colleagues to plan and execute a member centred communications calendar
- Owning scheduling for weekly trading, newsletters and standalone campaigns while aligning activity with business priorities
What We Are Looking For…
- Experience in CRM or email marketing with hands on knowledge of a CRM platform or ESP
- Strong understanding of data structures and how they support segmentation and targeting
- Exceptional attention to detail with confidence working across data, content and QA processes
- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and make sound creative decisions
