The Role

We're looking for a proactive and trend-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to support the delivery of influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, gifting, and events. This is a fast-paced role for someone who understands social media, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
• Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and day-to-day communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies.
• Research and source new influencer talent.
• Coordinate influencer events and assist with guest list management.
• Track campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and content calendars.
• Monitor social trends and competitor activity.
• Support budget tracking and invoice management.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Ensure campaign deadlines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Passion for influencer marketing and social trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience organising influencer events is desirable.
• Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
