A long standing UK organisation with a strong national presence is continuing to invest in its brand and customer experience. With a large employee base and a reputation for quality, the business is entering an exciting period of growth. The company operates with a people first culture and is committed to developing its teams while delivering consistent value to its customers.
They are now seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the development of the brand, offline activity and PR strategy. This is a senior role that will shape how the organisation presents itself to the market and how it communicates with customers and partners. Working closely with senior leaders, the Head of Marketing will guide the direction of the function and ensure a clear and cohesive presence across all channels.
What you will be doing…
- Leading the offline marketing strategy and acting as the main point of contact for all non digital activity
- Overseeing customer acquisition and retention through direct marketing channels with a focus on measurable performance
- Developing and promoting the organisation’s brand through consistent messaging internally and externally
- Managing the production of key marketing materials and ensuring high quality delivery
- Creating and implementing marketing plans for partner networks and wider commercial activity
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiating outsourced marketing work
- Leading PR planning and execution to strengthen brand visibility and reputation
- Supporting internal communications and brand alignment across the organisation
- Managing and developing the offline marketing team with clear objectives and ongoing coaching
- Monitoring key marketing KPIs and using data to inform decisions and future planning
What we are looking for…
- Experience in a senior marketing role with responsibility for offline channels and brand development
- Strong background in producing printed or offline marketing materials within a consumer focused environment
- Confident using data to guide strategy and improve performance
- Creative thinker who brings new ideas to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and team priorities
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external suppliers
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A marketing qualification or equivalent experience would be beneficial
