They are looking for a Head of Paid Media to lead their paid function and drive performance across a varied client portfolio. Reporting into the Digital Commercial Director, this person will guide a growing team, shape best practice, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact. The role blends leadership, strategy, commercial oversight and client engagement, with a focus on building a high performing and motivated team.
