What you'll be doing...
- Setting the overall marketing direction in line with wider business goals
- Owning brand development and creative output across channels
- Delivering campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and commercial impact
- Creating scalable programmes that support acquisition and long term customer value
- Overseeing CRM activity, automation, and performance insights
- Developing content and thought leadership that elevates the company’s voice
- Working closely with sales, product, and senior leadership to align messaging
What we are looking for...
- Strong experience in B2B marketing within a technology led or service driven environment
- Proven ability to build brands and deliver campaigns that drive measurable results
- Understanding of professional audiences and how to communicate effectively
- Confident with CRM platforms, automation, and data informed decision making
- Excellent communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset
- Someone who is hands on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast moving setting
