This opportunity is with a growing product led organisation that is reshaping how technology supports recruitment, careers and talent engagement. The business is driven by innovation and is continuing to expand its suite of digital products. It offers a collaborative environment where marketing, product and commercial teams work closely together to bring new ideas to market.
The organisation is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with experience in SaaS to play a central role in how its products are positioned, communicated and launched. This person will sit between product development and commercial teams, ensuring that the value of the technology is clearly articulated and understood by customers across the recruitment and employer landscape.
What You Will Be Doing…
- Leading the planning and delivery of go to market activity for new product releases and feature updates, ensuring clear commercial objectives and timelines
- Shaping product narratives and positioning, creating messaging that resonates with defined customer groups and reflects the strengths of the platform
- Overseeing content across digital channels including the website, social media and sales enablement materials, producing items such as blogs, case studies and thought leadership pieces
- Supporting sales teams by providing product knowledge, training and tools that help them communicate the value of the technology
- Conducting competitor and market research to inform product direction and ensure the organisation remains ahead of industry trends
- Testing and refining messaging and distribution strategies, using data to improve engagement and conversion
What We Are Looking For…
- Experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within a SaaS or fast moving technology environment
- A strong communicator who can translate technical features into clear customer value
- Someone analytical who is comfortable using data to test ideas and measure performance
- A collaborative individual who can work effectively across product, sales and marketing teams
- A proactive self starter who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of outcomes
