A well established consultancy within the built environment is seeking a Marketing Manager to support its continued growth across the UK. The business is known for its collaborative culture, high quality delivery and strong presence across education, health and residential sectors. They are investing in their marketing and business development capability and are looking for someone who can help elevate their brand and market engagement.
This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s marketing function, supporting sector teams and senior leaders with strategic planning, content creation and campaign delivery. It suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing polished work and is confident shaping how a business presents itself to clients and the wider market.
What you will be doing...
- Developing an annual marketing calendar in partnership with sector leads
- Planning and delivering multi channel campaigns across print, digital, email and social
- Creating and editing marketing materials including case studies, thought leadership and internal communications
- Managing digital platforms, social media content and performance reporting
- Conducting market research to support business development and identify emerging opportunities
What we are looking for...
- A well rounded marketing professional with experience across strategy, content and digital
- Strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, engaging and accurate content
- Confident campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels
- A good eye for design and experience producing brand aligned collateral
- Highly organised, collaborative and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
