Job Description

As a Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the region’s strategic agenda end-to-end — from strategy formulation through prioritization, planning, and flawless execution. This role partners closely with senior management and functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes. By ensuring alignment and execution excellence, the Management Associate contributes directly to sustainable growth of the business and will be the business head.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate on annual and multi-year strategic planning, including market analysis, competitive positioning, segmentation, target-setting, and scenario planning. Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap with measurable KPIs and resource allocation plans.
  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives such as commercial growth, margin optimization, operational excellence, and new product/market launches.
  • Strengthen organizational execution capabilities across the business and region.
  • Support annual/quarterly planning, budgeting, and performance reviews; analyze P&L drivers; track KPIs and propose course corrections.
  • Act as the integrator across business; mobilize senior stakeholders and secure executive alignment and funding.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Min. 10 years’ experience of relevant work in strategy, consulting or operations.
  • Ability to analyze market dynamics, P&L drivers, and KPIs; comfortable turning data into insights and actions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, high integrity, and drive to take on increasing responsibility with the ambition to grow into a future leader.
